Charles Hazelwood III

Charles W. Hazelwood, III has gained extensive legal experience working with his father. He works relentlessly and compassionately to serve his clients. He has in-depth experience with estate planning, estate litigation cases, guiding clients through probate, assisting with real estate transactions and business needs. He has worked tirelessly to establish himself as an efficient, independent, and compassionate attorney. Charles was born in Alexandria and grew up in Burke, attending Lake Braddock High School.

Charles W. Hazelwood, III is licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Virginia. During law school, he interned with the IRS and prosecuted cases at the New Kent County Commonwealth’s Attorney office.  Charles' practice focuses on estate planning, probate, estate litigation, real estate and criminal/traffic defense. His passion for defending and helping his clients has allowed him to form close relationships with many of them. Charles W.
