Eric Postow is a Managing Partner of Holon Law Partners where he serves as the Chief Strategy Officer for the firm. Eric maintains an active cannabis industry practice and services a variety of needs within the cannabis community nationwide. 

Eric's holistic approach supports entreprenuers from industry entry through mature market operations, ensuring strong business fundamentals and regulatory compliance.  

Eric is an active member of the International Cannabis Bar Association. 

In addition to supporting the cannabis industry, Eric provides counsel to diverse religious organizations that wish to integrate plant medicines, psychedelics, or sacrament within structured church/organizational framework. Eric advises on RFRA, DEA exemptions, and case law precedent regarding psychedelic religious use.
