Jeffrey Warren Hitt

Hired Jeffrey Hitt to have my criminal record expunged and sealed. He represented that this could be accomplished and charged a fee of $2000. It has been 28 months that he has strung us along with a limited amount of information as to the status on the case. Only when I had to chase him with repeated telephone calls and emails, and then to file an official complaint does he respond verbally, never in writing. After stating that he has filed the necessary paperwork with the courts, obtained consent of all parties involved with agreeing to same, stating that he has gone before the judge with the matter and that she was not yet ready to expunge my record, does he then call and very rudely and unprofessionally state that my criminal record can not be expunged under Texas Law! He has take us for a ride, refuses to advise in writing as to why my record cannot be expunged, and has refused to refund my $2000 fee which was paid to him. He is not to be trusted.
