Attorney Biography
Jonathan Udoka is licensed to practice law in Oklahoma and Arkansas. He is a 2008 graduate of Oklahoma State University with a degree in Finance, and received his JD,cum laude, from the University of Arkansas in 2012, and was a member of the Arkansas Law Review.
While obtaining his legal education, Jonathan spent a semester working with the Wal-Mart, Inc. Employment Compliance department, working for Judge David Clinger, a trial judge in Arkansas' 19th Judicial District West, and doing legal research and writing for five Northwest Arkansas law firms. He also worked in the Univeristy of Arkansas Legal Clinic for three semesters representing clients in matters of Family Law, Individual and Joint Bankruptcy, and Non-Profit Startup and Compliance.
After law school, he was an AmeriCorps volunteer at Legal Aid of Arkansas while building a private practice. His legal experience includes business entity formation & compliance, nonprofit formation & compliance (including 501(c)(3) applications), and representing and advising clients in areas of consumer law, family law, personal injury, wills, and estates.
