Abby Allford is a solo practitioner with the Law Office of Abby Allford, PLLC and works in many diverse areas of general civil litigation, criminal law, and family law cases. She is experienced with complex civil and criminal litigation cases across multiple jurisdictions throughout the State of Texas and Oklahoma. With a background in business and accounting, she specializes in business litigation disputes. She represents both plaintiffs and defendants with general litigation disputes including but not limited to: all aspects of tort litigation including professional negligence and tortious interference claims, eminent domain cases, bad faith insurance claims, transactional/contractual disputes, employment law issues/wrongful termination claims through the EOSC, workman's compensation defense, antitrust issues, compliance issues arising from the Oklahoma Corporation Commission (OCC), and collection cases.
