Danya Bundy

I am a trial lawyer. My work is focused on family law and injury cases in Oklahoma and Arkansas. I followed in my older brother’s footsteps at the University of Tulsa College of Law. During law school, I interned with the Tulsa County Public Defender and later with an immigration attorney. My litigation background and trial experience began with representation of parents in juvenile deprived cases, where I helped parents work through challenges including mental health problems and substance abuse addiction. I also gained experience working with domestic violence victims and helping them to obtain the protections they need against their abusers. I have first-chair jury trial experience in cases involving parental rights. My courtroom experience on those cases, combined with my ongoing professional development and training, make me a fierce advocate for parents in divorce and custody proceedings. I am fluent in Arabic and German.
