Attorney Biography
Attorney Bruce Oakes leads the Oakes & Fosher securities team, often against some of the biggest brokerage firms in the industry. Mr. Oakes has extensive experience in representing clients in securities arbitration claims, and he has a deep and all-encompassing understanding of the securities industry. Mr. Oakes has litigated numerous cases to successful outcomes before securities arbitration panels, often recovering not only compensatory damages, but attorneys’ fees, costs and punitive damages, as well.
