Attorney Biography
Jack Paisley grew up surrounded by the legal system, developing an early comfort with the courtroom through his parents’ professions—his father a judge and his mother a court reporter. Witnessing the justice system up close sparked a desire to advocate for those treated unfairly, ultimately leading Jack to pursue a career in law.
Prior to joining the firm, Jack worked as a public defender, where he built substantial trial experience and became known for his fearless representation. One particularly meaningful case involved successfully defending a wheelchair-bound client who had been wrongly accused of theft—an outcome that reinforced Jack’s dedication to protecting individuals whose voices might otherwise go unheard.
Jack treats every case with a deeply personal level of care, approaching his representation as though he were advocating for a close friend or family member. He prioritizes trust, clear communication, and empathy in his client relationships, while also maintaining professional and respectful interactions with opposing counsel to encourage productive negotiations and fair resolutions.
Originally from Taylorville, Illinois, Jack earned his undergraduate degree from Arizona State University before completing his Juris Doctor at Saint Louis University. Outside the office, he enjoys playing guitar, listening to music, and spending time with friends and family.
