Discriminates people with disabilities
Jason was public defender in my case and instead of defending me, he threatened with sending me to
St. Peter state hospital for the criminally insane! Fortunately, I fought the charge and did not
have to go anywhere, and wrote my own sentencing agreement for a simple misdemeanor. He now
threatened my brother with the same. He is supposed to DEFEND people who are charged. He does not
and should be barred from practicing law.
