Jason was public defender in my case and instead of defending me, he threatened with sending me to St. Peter state hospital for the criminally insane! Fortunately, I fought the charge and did not have to go anywhere, and wrote my own sentencing agreement for a simple misdemeanor. He now threatened my brother with the same. He is supposed to DEFEND people who are charged. He does not and should be barred from practicing law.
