Experience
Mr. Gatzoulis joined the firm in 2014. Since 2005, he has devoted his practice to, among other things, understanding the intricacies of Fair Debt Collection, Fair Debt Reporting, creditors’ rights, consumer protection and commercial litigation. Mr. Gatzoulis has experience in negotiating, litigating and enforcing all types of debts and judgments in general civil court and limited actions. Mr. Gatzoulis is conversant in all facets of creditor/debtor litigation and his practice is concentrated in the state and federal courts in Kansas and Missouri.
