Attorney Biography
Pat Bottaro has always appreciated the value of telling the truth, loyalty and working hard. Pat has a deep commitment to helping individuals suffering from life changing injuries and the families of those fatally injured. He takes pride in helping his clients restore their lives and achieve some measure of dignity out of a personal tragedy.
Pat began his legal career in 1985 at one of the largest firms in Kansas City, Missouri, defending the interests of insurance companies and large businesses. While this experience was priceless, he desired to be his own boss, represent working men and women, and assist those injured and harmed due to the fault of others. After running his own practice from 1993-2017, he joined his current firm on January 1, 2018 and could not be happier.
Rated AV Preeminent through Martindale-Hubbell, Pat has successfully represented plaintiffs in jury trials in state and federal courts in Missouri and Kansas. He has litigated hundreds of personal injury cases, some of which include catastrophic wrongful death claims, truck/motorcycle/automobile/boat crashes, industrial falls, defective product/property claims, and hunting injury claims, obtaining numerous multimillion-dollar judgments and settlements for his clients. He relies on careful preparation and decades of litigation experience.
