Michael B Oliver

We hired Michael Oliver to handle a underinsured claim that should have been completed within a month or two. Unfortunatly, Michael missed a critical date and our claim was denied. He missed the claim due to neglegence on his part. He would not return phone calls, he would not return emails or even letters sent to him. His office was not open when they said it would be. He had many mistakes in our files that we had to point out to him and to top it off, he did not carry malpractice insurance. He is not a trusted lawyer and I would not recommend him to anyone.
