Attorney Biography

Nancy Moore Tiller has practiced law in Lake County for 33 years. She graduated from Indiana University with a bachelor’s degrees in sociology.

She was awarded a prestigious academic scholarship to study for a Ph.D. at Notre Dame, but she decided instead to enter law school at Valparaiso University School of Law.

Nancy received her law degree in 1981, finishing near the top of her class. In fact, Nancy qualified for and passed the Indiana State Bar Exam after only her second year of law school (only a handful of outstanding students have ever been qualified to take the bar exam before a full three years of law school training).

Upon graduation in 1981, she opened her practice which remains today as Nancy Moore Tiller & Associates.
