Philip Pendergrass

Philip Pendergrass is an Atlanta native with a passion for helping individuals and families stand up for their rights. As a personal injury attorney at Schneider Hammers, Philip resents those who have suffered serious injury because of someone else’s negligence, whether an individual or major corporation. He has successfully handled cases involving auto and trucking accidents, premises liability, and defective drugs and medical products. Philip earned his bachelor’s degree from Augusta State University (now Georgia Regents), and his Juris Doctor from the University of Georgia. Along with his passion for law, Philip has a deep love of baseball, and enjoys cheering for the Georgia Bulldogs and Atlanta Braves in his spare time.
