Peter Josef Wosnik

Peter J. Wosnik ("Pete") is a talented trial lawyer who has defended people in hundreds of felony and misdemeanor criminal cases, including DUIs. He has taken multiple cases to trial and achieved not-guilty verdicts in charges such as drug trafficking and possession, battery, and criminal trespass.

Pete also has a growing family law practice where he has helped many clients with cases involving divorce, child custody, legitimation, temporary protective orders, and adoption. He is a certified Guardian Ad Litem in the State of Georgia where he represents the best interest of children in dependency and other cases.

He is admitted to the practice of law in all Superior Courts, the Court of Appeals, and the Supreme Court of Georgia, and is a member in good standing with the Gwinnett County and Walton County Bar Associations and the State Bar of Georgia, Criminal Law Section.
