Attorney Biography
Morgan L. Medders is a graduate of The University of Georgia and the Georgia State University College of Law. A strong commitment to service drew Morgan to the practice of law where he deeply values the opportunity to help individuals assert their rights and understand their legal options.
Morgan proudly joined Stottlemyer & Associates following a successful transition to the practice of Personal Injury and Workers’ Compensation Law from prior experience as a trial lawyer in the field of Criminal Law. Early on, Morgan took the initiative to learn from some of the best judges, law clerks, and practitioners in Georgia through opportunities with The Supreme Court of Georgia, the DeKalb County District Attorney’s Office, and as a Litigation Associate with a top Atlanta defense firm.
Through these experiences, Morgan learned that there is no substitute for attention to detail and tireless preparation. Morgan is a passionate and effective advocate for his clients, both in and out of the courtroom, and is honored to fight for Georgians injured at work or due to the negligence of others.
Morgan is admitted to practice in all Superior Courts and lower courts in Georgia, as well as the Northern District of Georgia Federal Court. Morgan is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and the Georgia Trial Lawyers’ Association.
