James W Martin Should Be Disbarred

In March 2022 my company Arcturus International received a judgment in Superior Court against Martin for $300,000 for misconduct, bad faith, improper legal tactics, and harrassment. He filed a spurious appeal and lost and refuses to pay the judgment. We have received a FIFA against him and are forced to garnish his bank accounts and clients. We are also forced to require the Sheriff to seize his house and property. I cannot believe that an officer of the court could be so reprehensible!
