David Hamilton McCain

David practices law in Macon, Georgia with the law firm of Childers & McCain, LLC. David and his partner, Christy Crowe Childers, focus on helping seriously injured clients in catastrophic personal injury, wrongful death, and premises liability cases.

David was born in Decatur, Georgia and moved to Macon at a young age. David obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Georgia. David attended law school at Mercer, where he graduated cum laude and was elected by his fellow students to serve as Chief Justice on the law school’s Honor Court. 

David and his wife, Elizabeth, are members of Vineville Methodist in Macon. David is an Eagle Scout, a member of the Macon Civic Club, and serves on the board of Central Georgia CASA, Inc. During his spare time, David enjoys traveling, playing tennis, playing golf, watching UGA football, and visiting with family and friends.
