Recently my company was awarded a $300K judgment for misconduct against HPM AND James Hays, Emory Potter, and James Martin personally. The Fulton County Judge cited “Bad Faith, Unclean Hands, Improper Tactics, Harrassment, and much more in his 27 page sanctions ruling. The ruling was back in March and they haven’t paid us a dime, haven’t posted the court ordered bond, and are hiding from us. We have a FIFA against the firm and each lawyer and have begun garnishment and Sheriff’s seizures of their assets and property. A GA State Bar complaint has been filed and all three lawyers should be disbarred!
