Richard William Noel

Richard is an Arizona Criminal Defense Attorney. He received is J.D. from the University of North Dakota School of Law in 2019 and a B.A. in Journalism from Walter Cronkite School of Journalism at Arizona State Univeristy in 2013. Richard grew up in Arizona. After working for the Public Defender in Maricopa County, Richard opened his own pratice where he helps clients receive the best possible outcomes for their cases.
