Jerald J Schreck

Mr. Schreck is an award-winning criminal defense attorney who has practiced law in Maricopa County, Arizona for over twenty-six years. He was the recipient of the 16th Annual Joe Shaw Award in recognition of his extraordinary dedication and effort on behalf of his clients.  He has also been awarded the APDA's Outstanding Achievement Award in recognition of his commitment to excellence and the provisions of high quality legal representation.   Over the course of the past quarter of a century he has represented clients on a wide range of charges from Possession of Marijuana to First Degree Murder. He has also taught numerous continuing legal education courses on subjects like Miranda Rights and Sex Crimes Defense. Mr. Schreck has only had two jobs in his adult life, the first was serving his country as a United States Marine, and the other is serving in the Lawyer Legion as a criminal defense attorney representing people caught up in Arizona's monolithic criminal-justice system.
