Arizona Attorney, Alison C. Briggs
Alison Briggs has been with the My Arizona Lawyers since 2016. Currently, she serves as the client services manager and an attorney. Alison combines her passion for helping people with the practice of law.
Alison was born and educated in Massachusetts. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Sociology from the University Of Massachusetts- Amherst where she was the 2007 commencement speaker. Additionally, Ms. Briggs also holds a Master of Social Work degree from Salem State University. Plus, she is a Licensed Certified Social Worker (Massachusetts).
Alison has worked with children and families in many capacities since completing her undergraduate work. Plus, she spent many years serving families in inner city Boston as a clinical social worker with the Home for Little Wanderers. Afterward, she moved to Arizona in 2013 where she was an investigator with the Department of Child Safety (formerly Child Protective Services) before working for Southwest Human Development as a Family Therapist. Also, while attending Arizona Summit Law School, Alison continued her clinical work in an inpatient psychiatric facility.
Thus, the law was a natural career progression for Alison given her passion for helping others and for serving the under served. Alison understands that people need and seek lawyers when they require assistance. Thus, she is compassionate and sensitive to the needs of others. She is not scared to fight for her clients and feels it is her privilege to take on a person’s legal matter.
