Attorney Biography
Peter J. Culp, a senior attorney and the owner of the firm, concentrates his practice in the areas of business and commercial law, civil litigation, personal injury, labor and employment, real estate, wills and estate planning, and all aspects of family law, including divorce, paternity, and third-party visitation.
Her practiced law in large firm and medium law firm settings. He had been appointed by the Wisconsin Supreme Court to serve on the Office of Lawyer Regulation, District Investigation Committee.
Prior to entering private practice, Peter spent years in the Office of Legal Affairs at the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee, served as the law clerk to the late Circuit Court Judge William Crane of the Winnebago County Circuit Court, and a law clerk to at a prestigious downtown Minneapolis law firm.
