I am an experienced, detail-oriented attorney with a demonstrated commitment to excellence, proven client relation skills, and effective legal skills. I have alwasy prided my self on my interactions with my clients. When you come to me you will get sold trustwrothy advice from me. I do not have a staff that does all the work for me.

My main practice area is bankruptcy. I represent debtors in consumer chapter 7 and chapter 13 bankruptcy proceedings.

I negotiated and finalized successful Chapter 13 repayment plans for clients based upon the law, their present and future needs. I have also provided advice on pre-bankruptcy planning to "save" assets from the possibility of sale for the benefit of the creditors.

I represented a Chapter 7 Trustee to successfully negotiate the compromise of preference claims and the payment preferance claims, and the payment of accounts receivable to the benefit of the bankruptcy estate.

My main practice area is bankruptcy but I do work in faimly law, simple wills and trusts.

Generally, I take clients from all of Northeastern Wisconsin including Winnebago, Outagamie, Calumet, Brown, and Fond Du Lac counties.

I have been doing bankrupcty law for 7 years in Wisconsi. Prior to this experiance I worked on a death penalty case in California.
