Attorneys Victoria Antion Nelson and Scott McGee founded our Morgantown law firm, Antion McGee Law Group, PLLC, with one goal - to protect the rights of victims and families. At our firm, we focus primarily on helping clients from West Virginia and across the United States who have suffered illnesses and losses due to asbestos. In addition, we also represent clients who have had to endure the negative effects of other dangerous products, including dangerous pharmaceuticals and defective medical devices, along with helping those who have suffered catastrophic injuries.
