Harley O. Wagner, is the owner and founder of The Wagner Law Firm, West Virginia's Premier DUI Defense Firm.
The Wagner Law firm is the only firm in the entire state of West Virginia that focuses soley on the defense of citizens accused of driving under the influence and related charges.
Harley has defended over 1,600 DUI cases in 29 different WV counties over the past 13+ years, from municipal courts through the WV Supreme Court, along with amassing over 600 hours of DUI defense training.
