Attorney Biography
Najib Hakimi is an immigrant and a US immigration attorney. He has assisted immigrants with asylum, removal defense, release from detention, family-based immigration, humanitarian parole (HP), lawful permanent resident (Green Card), Naturalization or Citizenship, and other forms of immigration relief. He has assisted immigrants from Asia, Middle East, Africa, and South America.
Najib Hakimi is a published legal scholar. He has written academic articles. He built a rich knowledge of law through obtaining his Bachelor of Law from Afghanistan in 2011, winning international law moot court competition in 2012, getting his Master of Law from the University of Washington in 2015, and attending his Ph.D. in Law studies at the University of Washington in 2017 and 2018.
