Michelle Teresa Dellino

Michelle T. Dellino is the CEO and Founding Attorney of Dellino Family Law Group, a women-owned Washington State family law firm built on the belief that there is a solution to every problem—and that clients deserve fierce advocacy paired with clarity, respect, and care.

Michelle focuses her practice on complex family law matters, including high-conflict cases, high-asset and long-term marriage dissolution, matters involving business owners and professionals in technology and medicine, and domestic violence–related family law. She also drafts strategic agreements designed to help individuals and families avoid unnecessary litigation. A trained mediator and former criminal trial attorney, Michelle has the experience to resolve cases creatively when possible and litigate decisively when necessary.

Before founding the firm in 2013, Michelle worked as a public defender and later as a staff attorney for Kitsap County Superior Court, supporting multiple trial judges. That experience inside the courtroom gave her early insight into judicial decision-making, effective advocacy, and how cases are truly evaluated. Over the course of her career, she has handled thousands of cases and appeared in courts throughout Washington State, including numerous jury and family law bench trials.

Michelle’s path to law was not traditional, and her perspective is shaped by lived experience. She believes people are resilient and should not be defined by their most difficult relationships or moments. Having experienced divorce, serious illness, and major life transitions herself, Michelle brings both strategic focus and genuine understanding to her work. Clients often describe her as steady, prepared, and unafraid to handle difficult dynamics with clarity and resolve.
