Attorney Biography
Edward Le is Board Certified in Civil Trial Law by the National Board of Trial Advocacy and only one of 8 attorneys in Washington State to hold such distinction. He is AV rated for excellence [less then 2% of all lawyers] by Martindale Hubbell, selected year after year as a Super Lawyer by Washington Law and Politics [less than 2% of all lawyers], selected as one of the top 100 attorneys in Washington State both by Washington Law and Politics and the National Trial Lawyers Associations. He has tried over 100 trials and arbitrations, taught lawyers in over 60 legal seminars nationally and locally, and published over dozens of articles in legal journals and newspaper. He was selected as an invited member of the Million Dollars Advocates Forum and the Multi-Million Dollars Advocates Forum. He has been honored by the Washington State Bar and recognized on their Pro Bono Publico list for years for providing pro bono work to indigent clients. And he has been served in leadership position for the Washington State Association of Justice, such as the Board of Governors, and in local community organizations.
Edward is both accomplished in the courtroom as he is at the negotiating table, obtaining millions of dollars in both verdicts and settlements on behalf of his clients over the last 25 years. His trial practice currently focuses on medical malpractice, products liability, automobile collisions, inadequate security, premise liability, admiralty/maritime or Jones Act cases, and insurance disputes/denials. His area of emphasis in litigating traumatic brain injury and spinal cord cases.
He is admitted to the U.S. Supreme Court, the Ninth US Circuit of Appeals, the Fifth US Circuit Court of Appeals, the Northern and Southern District Court of Texas, the Western District Court of Washington, and the Texas [inactive] and Washington State Bar.
