Our lawyers are well-versed in both substantive law and court procedure, and know exactly what it takes to build the strongest possible defense. Our practice areas include: pre-charge investigations, federal crimes, white collar defense, drug crimes, theft crimes, assault and other violent crimes, sex offenses, driving under the influence or DUI, appeals, post-conviction relief, clemency and pardons petitions, protection orders, and forfeiture proceedings.Because we are a small firm with a focused practice we provide personalized service to each of our clients, giving each case the care and attention it deserves. We take time to explain all aspects of a case to our clients and take pride in always being available to address questions and concerns. This is because we understand that being charged with a crime or civil violation can be stressful, confusing, and outright frightening. We take a unique approach to each case, as different cases with different facts and issues call for different strategies. Some cases call for litigation of legal issues, some for litigation of facts to a judge or jury, and some for working out of court to convince prosecutors to dismiss or substantially reduce charges. Our attorneys have won dismissals, acquittals and substantial reductions in charges through all these methods. We represent clients from many different backgrounds and walks of life, and are aware of all the negative consequences that can result from a criminal conviction or adverse agency action, including immigration consequences, loss of employment, loss of civil rights, and license suspension. We strive to obtain the best possible result in every case and make sure to keep every client’s unique objectives in view throughout the course of representation.
