He is a founding member of the Cannabis Defense Coalition, Legal Committee and a Lifetime Member of the Legal Committee for the National Organization on the Reform of Marijuana Laws (NORML). In addition to representing cannabis clients, Mr. Pelley has also earned a reputation for effectively handling high profile cases, representing both individual and corporate clients.
