Attorney Biography
Attorney Ron Kramer concentrates his practice on representing people who have been seriously injured or killed as a result of someone else’s negligence. He has experience in litigating personal injury claims against trucking companies, motorists, employers, as well as oil and gas accidents and explosions. He also represents workers who have been subjected to severe and pervasive sexual harassment and assault at the workplace. Additionally, Ron has substantial experience representing wrongfully fired employees under state and federal whistleblower and human rights laws. Memberships and Courts Admitted to Practice Ron is admitted to practice law in the states of Virginia and West Virginia, as well as the United States District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of West Virginia. Ron is a member of the Virginia Bar Association and West Virginia Bar Association. Military Experience Upon graduation from high school, Ron enlisted in the United States Marine Corps. He was stationed with the Third Battalion, Eighth Marines for his entire enlistment. During his military career, Ron was deployed to Haiti in 2004 in support of Operation Secure Tomorrow, as well as to Fallujah, Iraq in 2005 and Ramadi, Iraq in 2006 in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. Ron currently resides in Virginia Beach with his wife and daughter.
