Mark Tucker Hurt

    I gained experience at large litigation law firms in Dallas, Texas and Washington, D.C. before I returned to the Tri-Cities. I live in  Abingdon with my wife and children  

I have litigated hundreds of cases.  I have tried cases in front of Virginia and Tennessee juries. I have written briefs and argued appeals in Virginia, Tennessee and federal courts.  I have argued twice before the nine justices of the United States Supreme Court.

I have a passion to use my education and experience in helping everyday people.  I have obtained excellent recoveries for them in dozens of cases, ranging from multimillion dollar settlements to small fender-bender cases of a few thousand dollars.
