Ms. Snead failed to do an extremely important step in my pending divorce. She DID NOT file the paperwork with the court asserting infidelity, domestic violence and financial abuse. In our hearing, she dropped another ball over QRDO accounts. And, she took advantage of my fragile state of mind and asked to withdraw from my case, leaving me with no one to navigate 401k accounts, pensions, retirement accounts, spousal and child support.
