Lawyer engaged in Estate Fraud.
In my own opinion only; This lawyer made no effort to locate any heirs, then sold property with out
required professional appraisal. He sold the property for OVER 109,000 LESS than FMV at a loss to
estate. He had a conflict of interest and was double dealing to his own client. He paid more than
30,000 is closing fees on a 51,000 property.
He paid more bills and taxes against estate not legally allowed to be billed. He extorted heirs to
force a estate closing with out accounting.
He and his Co worker Jesse Bugbee threatened and harassed heirs and then defrauded and pillaged
estate.
They are not trust worthy lawyers and have no morals or ethics. Shane Clark and Jesse Bugbee in my
opinion should not be allowed to practice law.
