Attorney Biography
Mark Olson has practiced law in the area of creditor rights since founding Olson Shaner (then Olson Associates) in 1993, earning a reputation for zealous representation and obtaining high recovery rates.
He has helped shaped debt collection in Utah through several landmark cases and through lobbying to change laws and rules unfair to creditors.
Outside the office Mark loves spending time with his wife and three children, whether it be traveling, running together or at home.
