About David A. Francis

Attorney Biography

David Francis was raised in Teton, Idaho. He attended Brigham Young University and California Western School of Law where he graduated with honors. David's interest and passion for personal injury law all began when he was sixteen years old. It was then when his sister Suzie was killed in Idaho in a motor vehicle accident as a fault free passenger. David watched the insurance company attempt to place a value of $32,000 on his sister's life, despite there being a $1,000,000 policy available for the claim. David learned early on that even though an insurance company may say they will take care of you, they do not always do that. This experience has fueled his passion for the law and allows him to pursue the best possible outcome for a claim.
