Attorney Biography
After graduating from Stetson Law in 2007, Dave took a position as an Assistant State Attorney in Sarasota, Florida, and lived out his dream of prosecuting cases and helping victims.
Working as a prosecutor fueled Dave’s passion for working on behalf of victims and building cases from the ground up. In 2009, he moved to Colorado and lateraled into a position as a Deputy District Attorney where he prosecuted felony cases until 2011.
After leaving the DA’s office, Dave went on to work as an insurance defense attorney where he worked for major insurance companies primarily on car accident cases, personal injury cases, and bad faith litigation. During his time working for “the other side,” he learned what the insurance companies were looking for from a plaintiff and a plaintiff’s attorney, and what could be used to help, or hurt, a persons’ claim.
Toward the end of 2013, wanting to get back to helping victims seek justice, and now understanding the inner workings of insurance companies, he opened a personal injury law firm, and for the past decade he has been handling personal injury claims on behalf of victims.
