I hired him to probate my husbands will. He said he filed it the next day after I gave it to him. 7
months later, after trying repeatedly to contact him & getting " yes its just taking a long time.
The courts are really slow" or some other nonsense I finally went to the courthouse myself after 7
months & he hadn't even filed the will!I went to his office but couldn't get in & called repeatedly
& left messages. I got someone else to call (immediately after I called & failed to get thru) &
leave a message that they wanted to hire him & she immediately got a call back & handed the phone to
me!Boy was he surprised! He , after 8 months , said he had filed the will but it was just a copy &
they wouldn't accept it. He has repeatedly given me lies & excuses . I call the clerk myself & get
the truth & then he jyst tells more lies. DO NOT HIRE THIS MAN!HE SHOULD BE DISBARRED!
