Totally Unethical
William Scott Carpenter is corrupt and unethical. He will try and convict you whether you're
innocent or guilty and mock you while doing so! He denied me my right to dismiss my public defender
and at least 3 occasions which my right! Then once in court on a plea agreement, he mocked me with
this smirk on his face that I wanted to know off! He also asked for receipts for money spent on
renovating homes, that was given and then changed his mind. I was doomed from the get go! But now,
he is dismissed!
