Attorney Biography
Tatiauna opened the Holland Law Firm in 2014 with the idea that real people with real problems want sound, solid legal advice. They want an attorney who can give straightforward solutions.
She is determined to not be another attorney in a black or gray suit. She works diligently as an ally and guides through each client's immigration and business needs.
Tatiauna brings a wealth of diverse legal experience to private practice, including immigration and business law.
In this role, Tatiauna managed all aspects of the I-601/I-601A inadmissibility waiver, U-Visa, and Victims of Domestic Violence (VAWA), departments.
In the last 8 years, Tatiauna Holland has represented over a hundred clients in Federal Immigration Court, Texas State civil and criminal court, and administrative hearings in a range of matters, including asylum and torture claims, permanent resident and naturalization matters, misdemeanor and felony offenses, and more.
Tatiauna earned her Juris Doctorate from Southern University Law Center and her Bachelor of Arts in International Affairs from the University of New Orleans.
