Attorney Biography
Houston criminal defense lawyer Shamim Ebrahimi is a graduate of South Texas College of Law, Houston’s oldest law school and nationally recognized for its trial advocacy program.
Prior to his legal education, he graduated Cum Laude from the University of Texas at Arlington, earning a Bachelor’s degree with a major in History concentrating in Pre-law and a minor in Business, and was a recipient of the Laverne Prewitt History Pre-law Award.
Even before becoming a member of the State Bar of Texas, he was priming himself for a career in criminal litigation. Nearly 1/3rd of his legal academic career was dedicated to the Harris County District Attorney’s Office in Felony, Misdemeanor, and Consumer Protection divisions.
He has resided in Richardson, Garland, Plano, Arlington, Dallas, and Houston. What can Shamim say other than he love these parts; Texas is his home, and home is where his heart is.
