Attorney Biography
At The Mohr Law Firm, we help families. Robert Steve Wilson, Partner in the South Texas Office, works with clients in the Bexar County, Comal County, Guadalupe County, Wilson County, Atascosa County and Medina County area.
Our Family law practice focuses on high and low conflict client legal issues concerning marital pre-nuptial agreements before marriage, marital property agreements, marriage legal issues, divorce, separation, civil unions, same-sex relationships, domestic partnerships, property settlements, alimony, spousal abuse, adoption, child abuse, child support, child custody and Department of Family and Protective Services legal issues, more commonly known as Child Protective Services or CPS legal issues.
We also work with clients who have uncontested divorce matters. Usually uncontested divorce matters involve simple divorce issues and the parties make most of the decisions concerning property and children. Uncontested divorce cases usually involve no-fault in the breakup of the marriage. After our office reviews your case, we can usually set the price as a flat fee. However, we only offer flat fees on cases after we review your case and go over the specific work to be done in your case.
Our Probate practice focuses on helping families plan for and carry out a loved one’s Last Will and Testament after their death. A Probate attorney advises you on how to perform the steps in the Probate process. This usually includes activities and litigation like collect and identify the estate, deal with finalizing debts, identifying heirs and distribute the estate to the heirs.
We also work with and advise families on planning their estate. It is important to consider and plan for a potential last illness as well as the final disposition of your estate. Planning now could save your family grief and financial resources and accelerate an otherwise lengthy legal process.
Robert Steve Wilson is committed to creating an ongoing relationship with clients in order to continually meet clients changing needs.
