Rick Weaver

After graduating from Brigham Young University in 1986, Richard Weaver determined to attend law school at the University of Houston Law Center and with his wife embarked on a journey that would lead us to this day.

Since that time, he has helped thousands of clients receive the protection of the bankruptcy code, raised seven children with his wife, Laura, and become a respected and trusted leader to people in the DFW area.

He helps clients out of a genuine desire to make their lives better and put them in the best possible financial situation. This includes protecting clients from foreclosure, protecting assets, eliminating credit cards and medical debt, and helping clients get a new leas on life.
