Licensed for 34 years, Richard C. Collins is an Administrative Lawyer who specializing in defending persons who have a professional license. I have practiced before the following agencies: Texas Real Estate Commission, Texas Board of Nursing, Texas Board of Dental Examiners , Texas Medical Board, Texas Department of Licensing, and Regulation, Texas Department of Insurance, Texas Plumbing Board and numerous other state agencies. I have been able to successfully defend licensees against agency disciplianary action and I have been able to sucessfully obtain a license for persons who have applied for one.
