Peter Michael Barrett

Peter Barrett, a highly experienced criminal defense attorney, has successfully represented well over 1,000 criminal defendant's cases since 1994. He has extensive trial experience with over 100 jury trials, both in State and Federal courts.

Peter regularly handles criminal cases throughout the State of Texas, and is licensed to practice in each of the four Federal Districts in Texas, as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit.

Peter Barrett has a rating of 5.0 out of 5 in the Martindale-Hubbell list of Bar Preeminent Lawyers by both the Dallas County Judges and fellow lawyers who are members of the Dallas Bar Association. He is also the former President of the Dallas Criminal Defense Lawyers Association (2004-2005).
