Paul F Ferguson Jr

Paul 'Chip' Ferguson is a trial lawyer with more than 100 verdicts and settlements at or in excess of $1,000,000.  This includes his $38,500,000 verdict in a side underride case involving a traumatic brain injury and a $34,000,000 verdict against a pizza delivery company.  Mr. Ferguson also recovered a $66,000,000 contested arbitration award for 6 plant workers injured in a fire.  He has also been instrumental in causing two product recalls: a defective tire and a defective child's toy.  Mr. Ferguson was also lead counsel for the victims of a charter bus crash that led to the passage of a Texas statute requiring seat belts for Texas school busses.
