Dishonest and Lazy
Based on my experience, Nicholas J. Saranto is an attorney who takes advantage of clients in
vulnerable situations. I paid an initial retainer and discussed essential filings for my case, yet
after 45 days, no substantial work had been completed. Communication was inconsistent, and when I
raised concerns, I encountered high-pressure tactics to spend more money, along with misleading
promises that he never intended to keep. Ultimately, he withdrew from my case without fulfilling his
obligations or providing meaningful representation. I would caution others to be wary of engaging
his services.
