Attorney Biography
Mark Ash is a criminal defense lawyer who has represented clients in the Harris County region for more than two decades. Mark Ash grew up in Las Cruces, New Mexico. As a result of both formal and informal language education in this US border town, Mark Ash became fluent in the Spanish language in addition to his native English language. After completing high school, Mark Ash attended University of Texas at El Paso and earned his bachelor's degree. After moving to Houston, Mark Ash attended South Texas College of Law where he earned his law degree. After passing the bar exam, Mark Ash established his own law practice and represented numerous clients in both criminal and civil matters. Today, Mark Ash exclusively represents clients in the criminal courts, both state and federal. Mark believes that all of his clients deserve to be treated with the utmost patience and respect in a language that they each can truly understand. Mark Ash is an active member of the Libertarian party and is commited to upholding the constitution and individual civil liberties.
